Introduction

The CETAF Passport is divided in 10 information units which allow to display and edit the related information:

		Institution
		Organisation
		Collections
		Facilities
		Research
		Taxonomic Expertise
		Public relations & Communication
		Education and Training
		Interests & Involvement
		Finances

All informations are publicy available with the exception of the Finances information which has restricted access.
The information units of an institution are directly available using the graphical menu of the Institution View:

The different units of information can be edited using the Manual Entry Interface (). The edition rigths are allowed to a specific user group/role for each institution.
The CETAF Passport of the institution can be export as a single XLS document () with or without the Finances information following the access rigths, .
