Collections

The RBSAP has its own osteological and prehistoric assemblages. A total of 96 trays, partially inventoried, are deposited at the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences. The majority of these materials were probably collected at the end of the 19^th century, by Emile Houzé, founder and president of the Society of Anthropology of Brussels from 1882 to 1913. It was partly published in the bulletins of the Society.
