You need to fill a new form for each piece of information yu want to add (e.g. each Research Field is encoded individually)

Each Form is divided in 3 sections:

  • The first one allows you to identify the institution or the person.
  • The second one asks information about the topic (Research Field, Individual expertise, ...)
  • The last one is related to the GDPR regulation and the state of the form

A link will be automatically send to the email address provided in the first section.
It allows to re-edit the form if some information was still missing.

When the form is complete,
Choose "Complete and validated. It an be exported to the central repository" for the state of the form.

(*) You should use a valid google account to be able to fill the form.
You can use your personal account or create a specific one for this excercise.

If you prefer, you can also download a XLS template with all the fields of each form and fill it directly in with your spreadsheet application. This option is less convenient for the options selection but allows to fill more easily the information extracted from an external database (e.g. Scientific Instruments) avoiding to encode separate form for each item. When your file is complete, you can upload it using the appropriate Upload XLS link.
